How do I join the vieux jeu club

How do I earn points?
You can earn points in a variety of ways! Points are earned by making purchases, following us on our social media sites and more! The more points you earn, the more rewards and benefits.
How do I redeem rewards?
Make sure you are logged into your account and scroll down to the loyalty page section with our 5 reward options. Pick a reward to redeem your points for €€ off your purchase with a coupon, and apply the coupon code at checkout! Coupons cannot be combined.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes! To ensure your points don’t expire, be sure to complete an activity (like adding your birthday or placing an order) within 12 months.
Can I combine my loyalty reward and a promo code?
We hate to say it, but VJ Rewards and promo codes cannot be combined.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Earn as many points as you can—we dare you! The number of points you can earn is uncapped, so shop and earn away.
Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?
We love hearing from you (and rewarding you for it!), so post as many reviews for different products as you’d like and continue earning points for each one.
How soon will I see points from an in-store receipt I submitted
You can expect to see points added to your account within 10 business days of submitting your receipt.
